Everyone knows “the burning bush” aspect related to Musa’s trip up the mountain, but that was not the revelation. Possibly the greatest revelation shared to Yahweh’s creation was Yahweh’s Name. It is both appalling and disrespectful to resolve Yahweh’s Name to that of a title - “God”. “God” is not a name - it is a category, a title, a naming attribute - it is not a personal name. It is the “church” that decided to subtract Yahweh’s Name from the true Bible and replace it with a capitalized title. Musa, or Moses, was blessed enough to receive the revelation of the Name of the personal loving God, and he passed it on to Yahweh’s people. Just because Yahweh responds when creation addresses Yahweh as “God” does not mean Yahweh appreciates or finds that acceptable - it is because of Yahweh’s mercy that Yahweh overlooks the ignorance , and chooses to respond to us despite our ignoring the Name. But should Yahweh, the Supreme King of everything have to “excuse” not being called by the Name above all names? Musa respected Yahweh as Yahweh, and that respect was mutual. That is why the two of them got along so well.
